Safeguarded beta preparation

The upcoming safeguarded iPhone beta keeps personal posts and profile photos owner-only and pauses seller website opening without erasing saved content. Report or block is available on eligible content; new signed-in reports, blocks and profile submissions stay off until the revised disclosures are separately approved and published. Existing installed builds are not automatically upgraded.

For a safety concern or mistaken decision, email [email protected] without an account. Never send passwords or recovery credentials. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. No fixed public response time is promised.

Read the proposed safety privacy additions. This static website is not a moderation portal. An app withdrawal does not automatically change a website demo.

Frequently asked questions

Can I browse without an account?

Yes. The SeeSell website is a public video catalogue, so you can explore listings and seller storefronts without an account.

Can I buy or sell on the website?

No real purchases are completed on the website or in the current iPhone beta. The app supports video creation, local drafts, and installation-local posting; checkout and Cash are non-transactional previews.

Why isn’t a video playing?

Check your internet connection and mute setting. Autoplay is intentionally disabled when Reduce Motion is enabled. Website demo videos are served by this site; the current iPhone app bundles its demo videos.

Where are my favorites?

Favorites in the iPhone app are saved on that device and do not sync to an account or another device. This website does not currently save favorites or checkout selections.

Why can’t I record sound?

Open iOS Settings and confirm microphone permission for SeeSell, or continue with a silent recording. Camera access is required to record; Photos access is not.

Can I pause or switch cameras while recording?

You can pause and resume a segmented take and switch between available front and back cameras using the camera control. The live camera preview also supports double-tap switching. Recordings are capped at 60 final-output seconds.

How do I delete my account?

In the iPhone app, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account and review the final confirmation. Accepted or pending does not mean deletion is confirmed. Keep recovery available if interrupted; removing the app or signing out does not delete the remote account. For questions, email [email protected] without sending credentials.

Are inbox messages delivered?

No. Current inbox conversations are device-local demos. They are not sent to sellers or stored in a messaging cloud.

Password reset

See the web reset page. Until this website has a published address, reset emails still open the installed SeeSell iPhone app.

Email uses Microsoft 365 Business. Other people have mailbox access or administration rights; their precise roles and inquiry handling have not been specified. SeeSell uses voluntarily supplied screenshots and technical reports, not requested video or audio attachments. No support-email cleanup process is currently set up. No automatic 12-month cleanup or fixed erasure deadline is promised. See the privacy policy for retention, provider and TestFlight information.

Please redact screenshots and never email passwords, verification codes, reset links, authentication tokens, recovery credentials, or identity documents. This page does not automatically send diagnostics or confirm that an account has been deleted.
